We got heat pumps installed by Boonstra about 5 or 6 years ago and their staff have been great to work with. The units have worked well and efficiently, and when we have had small issues with them Boonstra has repaired them under warranty quickly and without hassle. Brandon came by today for a repair and was friendly and professional. And we love being able to heat and cool each space as needed, especially cooling the bedrooms in the summer without needing to blast the AC through the whole house!

Asian was wonderful. Upon arriving saw notes posted to check for my cat in the front foyer. He did and there he was...so he called me. I really appreciate that few moments because my cat is partial blind. He then got busy and cleaned and checked the AC unit with proficiency. I had the hose set up outside for the cleaning.
In all a wonderful experience with no tension but a very careful young man.

When our furnace and AC broke down, we were in a tough spot, but the team at Boonstra Heating and Air Conditioning made the entire replacement process seamless and stress-free.

Can not praise Boonstra enough. Everyone from the lady who booked us a free consultation, James the Home Comfort Advisor and last but certainly not least the biggest praise goes out to Andrew and Kayden(sorry if misspelled). These guys did an absolute amazing job. Everything to do with the installation was incredible, fast, efficient and most importantly they kept everything clean. I really couldn’t asked for better. AC broke yesterday and phoned Boonstra this morning. They sent a tech out today on the hottest day of the year. Diagnosed and fixed the issue within and hour. Ryan G came and did our service on June 26th. He was pleasant enough. Did not give too much information without being asked. Did not fill out the log on the furnace - although I'm not sure everyone has. He did hose out something on the air conditioner. We did give him a tip - he may just be a very quiet fellow - overall service was fine.

Vincent was very pleasant and resolved our issue very quickly. While he was here I asked him about an issue re The installation recently of our new air conditioner. This required him to come down stairs and outside which he did willingly. He resolved our problem. Great customer service.0

Had Jimmy L. come and do our maintenance on our Air Conditioner.
Jimmy was very polite and personable, knowledgeable and extremely through. He answered any and all questions I had. He took the time to ensure we were happy with our service. He is an extremely dedicated technician.

The install of our heat pump was carefully completed. The installer was polite and efficient. They situated the units exactly where we thought they should be, cleaned up and showed us the units functioned. They made sure each unit functioned effectively and demonstrated how to use the controller. We are extremely happy with how are units are functioning.
