Asian was wonderful. Upon arriving saw notes posted to check for my cat in the front foyer. He did and there he was...so he called me. I really appreciate that few moments because my cat is partial blind. He then got busy and cleaned and checked the AC unit with proficiency. I had the hose set up outside for the cleaning.

Everyone from the lady who booked us a free consultation, James the Home Comfort Advisor and last but certainly not least the biggest praise goes out to Andrew and Kayden(sorry if misspelled). These guys did an absolute amazing job. Everything to do with the installation was incredible, fast, efficient and most importantly they kept everything clean. I really couldn’t asked for better. AC broke yesterday and phoned Boonstra this morning. They sent a tech out today on the hottest day of the year. Diagnosed and fixed the issue within and hour. Jeff was a knowledgeable and professional technician. You’re lucky to have people like him working for you. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone

Ryan G came and did our service on June 26th. He was pleasant enough. Did not give too much information without being asked. Did not fill out the log on the furnace - although I'm not sure everyone has. He did hose out something on the air conditioner. We did give him a tip - he may just be a very quiet fellow - overall service was fine.
Vincent was very pleasant and resolved our issue very quickly. While he was here I asked him about an issue re The installation recently of our new air conditioner. This required him to come down stairs and outside which he did willingly. He resolved our problem. Great customer service.0

The install of our heat pump was carefully completed. The installer was polite and efficient. They situated the units exactly where we thought they should be, cleaned up and showed us the units functioned. They made sure each unit functioned effectively and demonstrated how to use the controller. We are extremely happy with how are units are functioning.

I had a new AC unit replaced at home. From sales to install was all smooth sailing. I even had to make a last minute install date change and they were able to quickly accommodate. Chad and Cole were polite, informative and very helpful with small tips on how to keep my home cooler. I appreciated it so much!

I've worked with Boonstra for a few years now. They've been good, I appreciate how quick they are to respond and how they keep me on track with seasonal maintenance. Our AC unit wasn't working last night and the dispatcher had someone out within the hour. Jeff H, the technician was very efficient and polite and had us enjoying the AC again for the night.

Great installation of furnace and heat pump. Very clean and quick. Goodman unit and Gree HP both work excellent Heat pump is very quiet outside Joseph and the crew listened to our issues and were very accommodating
Such a positive experience! Boonstra quickly send a technician to deal with our furnace. Leonard was great! He arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue and didn’t try to upsell. Leonard was very friendly; a pleasure to deal with. He deserves a bonus!
Charles and his apprentice (don’t recall his name) were excellent installer’s! The worked quickly and were very diligent at keeping our newly renovated home clean. The new tankless water heater they installed works very well with zero issues. They were sure to instruct us on its use and didn’t leave until we were able to use it with ease. Also, Chris, the rep that helped us select the unit we purchased was very patient and helpful.

After almost 2 years of dealing with an unresolved HVAC issue, Jeff was the only technician who was able to figure it out. I purchased a new HVAC system from Boonstra and noticed something very strange — whenever the heat was on, the water would turn cold. Multiple technicians came out over time, but no one could identify the problem.
Jeff is a true genius. With his experience and expertise, he quickly identified the root cause and resolved the issue immediately. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers.
